Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Group is a modern enterprise group with Liaoning Province Energy Conservation Technology Development Co., Ltd as its core enterprise and environment protection and energy saving as its main productions, which is a demonstration company of the China Energy Conservation Promote Project of SETC/World Bank/GEF. The company has taken charge of  “China Green Energy Saving Program” and has invested 270 million yuan in the field of energy saving. This company was awarded the best industry credit title of “ Main International Green Demonstration Company”. In 2000, the company was awarded the “New＆High Technology Enterprise” by Liaoning Province Science＆Technology Committee, and obtained the ISO9001.2000 International Quality Certification in 2001. In 2004, the company gained commercial credit grade AAA that awarded by China Investment Consulting Company Shenyang Branch. The company is a Liaoning Province industry, and commerce no examination enterprise with qualification for import and export. The company is standing director of International Energy Saving Association, deputy director of China Energy Saving Association, deputy director of EMCA, deputy director of China Valve Industrial Association, deputy director of China Dryer Association, deputy director of Liaoning Province Energy Research Society and deputy director of Liaoning Province Association of Resource Utilization.

The company was founded in 1996, with total assets of nearly 340 million yuan, of which the net assets of 240 million yuan now. It has a covering area of 0.073mln m² and has a building area of 0.02mln m². The base has an area of 0.17mln m² and has a factory building area of 0.1mln m², which has 4 furnaces, 2 machines, and 3 instruments. The production capacities of them are 0.3-0.5 billion yuan. Otherwise the company has formed the marketing center of the group and has set up the marketing network system with the project manages as its body and 45 representative offices as its windows. The products of the company has been sold to 30 provinces and municipalities, and exported to 16 foreign countries. The annual sale income of this company has reached up to 0.2-0.4 billion yuan.
