of development, Nengfa Weiye Tieling Valve Co., Ltd (formerly
known as Tieling Valve Co., Ltd) wholly transferred his
property right to Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Group on Nov 8,
2004, which approved by State Assets Regulatory and Management
Commission of Tieling Municipal Government. Its registered
capital is 56.437 million yuan, and it is the biggest
enterprise to product heavy-caliber low-pressure valves
of China. It has produced valves for more 70 years, and
it is one of the biggest machinery industrial enterprises
of China. It is deputy director of CVA of China General
Machinery Industry Association, and it is also high-tech
enterprise named by State Science and Technology Commission.
“TF” valves are the most well known name brand
in internal valve industry.
This company has strong
technical force, complete production & test equipment
and quality assurance system. In 1995, the company took
the leading in passing ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System
in valve industry, and awarded by DNV in Feb 1996.

tons and annual mechanical & processing capacities
are 18000 tons.

up the biggest test base of valves in China. It has the
