Liaoning Province Energy-saving Technology Exchange Center is subordinate to the Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Group and is the energy-saving technology-training base of the WB Energy Conservation Project Promotion Office.

The Center has a small Multi-function Meeting Room, which can hold 20 persons in the 5th floor and is an ideal place for various enterprises to hold small-scale meetings such as the meetings of leaders.
