Energy Conservation Technology Development Co., Ltd is
a demonstration company of the China Energy Conservation
Promote Project of SETC/World Bank/GEF. The company has
taken charge of “China Green Energy Saving Program”
and has invested 270 million yuan in the field of energy
saving. This company was awarded the best industry credit
title of “ Main International Green Demonstration
Company”. In 2000, the company was awarded the “New&High
Technology Enterprise” by Liaoning Province Science&Technology
Committee, and obtained the ISO9001.2000 International
Quality Certification in 2001. In 2004, the company awarded
commercial credit grade AAA by China Investment Consulting
Company Shenyang Branch. The company is a Liaoning Province
industry, and commerce no examination enterprise with
qualification for import and export. The company is standing
director of International Energy Saving Association and
deputy director of China Energy Saving Association.
As the core enterprise
of Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Group, it was born and growing
up in China. During the nine years since it’s founding,
it has broadcasted a new thought, new concept and new model
– contract energy management, which has made many
enterprises and clients benefit from it, and it also has
promoted the production of energy saving, environment production
and sustainable development in China. It is prosperous which

mode. The main characteristic of the mode is to provide
integrate service such as equipment procurement, installation&commission,
project financing, tracing&testing of energy-savings
and auditing etc.to the clients with energy-saving service
contract. The company shares practical energy-saving benefits
obtained with enterprises according to the proportion stipulated
in the Service Contract. The connotation of the mode is
that the enterprises can make payment after they had seen
the performance, the better the performance the more they
will pay, the little the performance the fewer they will
pay and they can make no payment if there is no result.
