l Introduction of marketing center

l Introduction of technical center
Together with Northeast University, Nengfa
Weiye Group establishes the technical center. Main technologies:
Regenerative combustion techniques: the
institute has many special technologies and has their own
intellectual property rights. The institute also has successfully
made transformation to heavy-duty walking-beam heating furnace,
pusher-heating furnace, bogie furnace, soaking furnace and
cap cover furnace.
Especially, the high-efficiency regenerative
heating furnace recycled all the blast furnace gas that
has been discharged by iron works for many years, and took
them, but not black oil as the fuel of heating furnace for
steel rolling, which has saved lots of funds for the enterprise.
This has brought great benefits of energy saving and environment.
The types of regenerative heating furnace
developed by the institute are built-in & outlay and
burner-type, which widely applied in heating furnace and
heat treatment furnace of the industries of steel-making,
steel-rolling, machinery and building material. Combining
with the advanced electronic control technique, it could
recycle the maximum flue gas of the industrial kiln and
furnace to preheat the combustion air and fuel gas, in order
to realize the stable combustion under the conditions of
high preheating temperature air or fuel gas (?800?) and
light concentration oxygen (2%~5%O2), and the temperature
of the flue gas exhausted from heating furnace is below150?.
This will bring double superiority that it could save much
energy (by 50%~70%) and reduce the discharge volume of NOx
(?100ppm) and CO2 by more than 30%.
Technologies and equipment of coal gasification:
this technology applied in the equipment, mainly vertical
brown coal gasification furnace(LHQ-II type) that produces
the gas by using faulty coal and taking the air and steam
as its gasification agent. The adaptability of coal type
of this gas producer is better. It could use all kinds of
faulty coals and the raw coals with high breeze content.
The gas produced by this kind of gas producer
is mainly as the fuel used in industry and daily life. The
flame of it is blue, and there’s no soot during its
emission. We adopt this furnace to replace tall chimney,
which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
The energy saving benefit of this technology is great, and
the compressive heating efficiency of it is increased by
15%-25% compared with that of burning the coal directly.
At present, this technology and equipment
of coal gasification has been applied in Tangshan city and
many other cities in Liaoning, Jilin, etc.
Drying technology and equipment of energy
saving: this institute is the first enterprise that engaged
in researching and manufacturing drying equipment in China.
This institute also has special drying technologies applied
in light industry and petroleum & chemical industry,
and its drying products have been spread all over many cities
of China.
The drying equipment of top level in China:
vibrating fluid-bed dryer, rotary-vane dryer, rotary flash
vaporization dryer, vibrating carrier dryer and DLG-type
grain drying unit.
Energy and environmental engineering technology:
business scope: acting as an agent of the engineering of
new cooling and heating technology, including water source
heat pump and ice-store air condition, contracting a project
and providing the relative technical services. Our company
is French Altea Company’s commercial agent of water
source heat pump, ice-store air condition and other similar
products in Liaoning and Jilin Province.
Electric and electronic technologies and
equipment of energy saving, including, MGC series electricity
saving device, KIWA EZS series electricity saving device,
LIMC series soft starter, LIMC series central air conditioning
equipment, LRMC series transducer, synchronous excitation
device for motors, SMAR instruments, LED series light source.
The company also undertakes design, production, installation
and maintenance of the large-scale industrial control engineering
that contains the transformation of engineering control
system, building automatic control system, electrical control
system, etc.
Biological treatment technology of organic
wastewater: under the conditions of no preliminary treatment
engineering, it could use the special bacteria to treat
the high concentration malignant wastewater rapidly and
economically, so as to make it reach the normal level of
wastewater, which couldn’t be done by the original
biological method. This new technology is the substitute
of the original liquid incineration technique and evaporation
& concentration technique.
Thermal power engineering design and technical
consultation for energy saving: the company has Grade B
certificate for municipal heat and power. And they mainly
engage in design and technical consultation for the thermal
power engineering and transformation project of energy saving
technologies.
Up to the present, the company has completed
9 medium thermal power items, including second phase engineering
of Chaoyang Thermal Power Plant, second phase engineering
of Fuxin Thermal Power Plant, etc; 10 design items for circulating
water of third phase for Fushun, concentrated heating of
Xingcheng, industrial boiler house, waste heat boiler, etc;
tens of special technical service items for energy saving,
for example, transformation of heating distribution pipelines,
transformation of industrial boilers, closed condensed water
recirculating, stratified boiler combustion; feasibility
analysis for tens of energy saving transformation projects
in machinery, metallurgical, building, petro-chemical and
many other industries. The company has carried out many
projects, which are spread to the south of Yunnan Province
and to the north of Heilongjiang Province.
